Salesnique is hiring!

Assistant Director, Speaker's Bureau Service

The current ways that many small-to-mid-sized businesses (SMBs) sell are unstructured, unplanned, and unsatisfying. And in their efforts at recruiting "experienced" business developers, these SMBs neglect innovating on a custom process that works best for them, delegating this most crucial function to trainers, coaches, and "How-To" books and seminars. After all, SMBs aren't in it for the sell, but for the reward. Thus, without structure and planning, business development has not become an effective, process-driven approach with consistent results.

Salesnique is a new company that addresses this remarkable gap in SMBs approach to selling. Based on innovative research on the value- and lifecycles of a sale, and a year-long beta testing of our model, we exist to help our clients sell better with dedicated research, careful planning, and sophisticated execution of a pre-sell.

And now, after recently spinning off from our parent company, we're seeking to work with a John D. Rockefeller-smart, MacGuyver-resourceful, Rachel Ray-enthusiastic and Jay-Z- focused business developer to take over our "Speaker's Bureau Service" which works with select entrepreneurs to secure the opportunity to deliver keynote presentations to large and targeted audiences.

The role is Assistant Director, reporting directly to Salesnique's Director of Operations. Pay is combination of a tiny base (it's Dunkin Donuts coffee money, not Starbucks), collaborative commission (you close, we all win; conversely, we close, you win), and equity (you will be hire #4, so if you're the sort that needs big bureaucracies and rigid structures to thrive, this may not be the opportunity that works for you).

Average weekly commitment of 10 hours (if you close 10 new projects in your first month, you may be asked to spend a little more time). Resources provided include business cards and office space. Then, later, a company phone. And later still, a modest expense account. From day 1, however, collaborative working environment means you'll have say on additional hiring, strategic growth, and relevant management decisions. We're "in it to win it" and plenty of opportunity to grow in other roles exists. No prior experience preferred, as all training will be provided. All backgrounds and qualifications welcome. Bi-lingual a plus.

Please send all resumes and inquires to info@salesnique.com. Please DO NOT include a cover letter nor introduction in the body of your email. Just 2 people will be reviewing all resumes and we're awfully busy. Thanks.
